Thursday, October 8, 6 – 7 PM OR Thursday, December 3, 6 – 7 PM

Join us for a free, online workshop that introduces collage as an unsung tool of the imagination! Learn how to access new worlds and compositions through the use of found images and recycled paper in this hands-on workshop led by artist Stylo Starr. Play with composition, colour, texture and more through a collection of found images. Learn simple techniques that can amplify your collage making practice.

During the workshop, AGB Senior Curator Suzanne Carte will join Starr in a conversation about Stylo’s artistic practice and how she arrived at cut and paste as her chosen medium.

This workshop is free, on zoom and open to the public. Registration is required.

For the workshop you will need:
-Paper or Cardstock to create your collage on
-glue of any kind or modpodge
-(brush for modpodge if you are using it)
-collage materials: magazines, print media, photocopies of images, other mixed media you want to use
